I am a highly experienced personal fitness trainer based in Dorset Bournemouth and believe my positive attitude and friendly nature can help anyone to feel more motivated and reach their targets. Having worked with a diverse range of clients for over 7 years and too tight briefs I have learned that one size does not fit all. I am able to adapt to clients needs and use the most appropriate methods to reach success.
Exercise should be fun, enjoyable and never a chore. This is why my sessions are designed to offer variety and incorporate activities that are both challenging and fun. I am highly committed to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, getting great pleasure from sharing my knowledge and expertise and seeing individuals make positive life changes thus living a happier and healthier life.
Sport has been a passion of mine from a young age demonstrated by my participation in football, rugby and tennis for which I have represented both county and university. I now also enjoy playing golf and squash socially.
I have worked with a diverse range of Personal Training clients and specialise in fat loss, weight loss management, nutrition, posture, corrective exercise and sports conditioning.
I am someone that goes out of my way to help you reach your goals through a variety of unique methods as this gives me great satisfaction and pleasure.
I offer personal training services across Dorset including Sandbanks, Bournemouth, Canford Cliffs, Queens Park, Southbourne, Sherborne, Lilliput, Talbot Woods, Poole.
I also work once per week in London and Hertfordshire.
