Bootcamp Exercise Classes in
St Albans

We are a non-military bootcamp where we encourage our fabulous members to be the best versions of themselves. All fitness levels are welcome and sessions are designed in a way that beginners or athletes will be pushed to their own personal limits so you can expect optimum results. We are a very friendly bunch and I am proud to say everyone supports each other so there is always a good atmosphere. We use a variety of fitness equipment including boxing, Olympic bars, dumbbells, battle ropes and TRX and a variety of methods including circuits, HITT and many more so that sessions are varied and fun. Our St Albans Bootcamp class sizes are also limited so we can ensure that you get the one to one attention you deserve.   3. Friday 9.30 – 10.30am
  4. Monday 9.30 – 10.30am (Starting back end of September)
  5. Wednesday 9.30 – 10.30am (Starting back end of September)

How Much?

Because we want as many of you as possible to get fit sessions are reasonably priced at just:

 

  • £65 for ten sessions
  • £45 for 5 sessions
  • £10 pay as you go
