Team Up with Our Fitness Group Workout Classes
The main reason most people quit an exercise routine soon after they begin is a lack of motivation. Having friends that exercise with you is a terrific way to stay motivated and active so for the best possible results get a friend involved. Once at your session you can guarantee your upbeat fitness trainer will motivate you every step of the way.
Limited Group Personal Training Numbers
To ensure you all receive the attention you deserve from your fitness trainer we limit our group personal training to just two to six participants. We utilise a wide range of techniques and methods to ensure that your group fitness sessions are varied; fun and you are continuously challenged to avoid a plateau. Following your initial consultation and assessment, your Trainer will develop your bespoke plan of action. Sessions are designed to be progressive and challenging, and the plan will take you through all facets of fitness development ensuring you are leaner, stronger, more flexible, stable and agile.
